Awards and Achievements

BDA Dyslexia Friendly Quality Mark

This is a whole school award of nationally recognised dyslexia friendly good practice focusing on Leadership and Management, Quality of Learning, The Learning Environment and Partnerships.  The award ensures that all in the school have a good knowledge of the needs of the dyslexic individual and a range of school wide strategies to support those needs.

 

 

 

Reading Quality Mark

The Liverpool Reading Quality Mark Award supports schools in celebrating the work they do to ensure that pupils make excellent progress in reading and become life-long readers for pleasure.  In order to achieve this prestigious award, the school's practice in reading was assessed by officers from the School Improvement Team.

 

 

 

Artsmark Award

The Artsmark Award is the only creative quality standard for schools.  Arts Council England supports schools to develop their commitment to arts and cultural education.  The award helps to build young people's confidence, character and resilience through arts and cultural education.
